All orders will be shipped through registered courier partners. Orders are shipped within 2-7 days from the date of the order and/or payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of companies the shipment, subject to courier company / post office norms. Platform Owner shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authority. Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your email ID as specified at the time of registration. If there are any shipping cost(s) levied by the seller or the Platform Owner (as the case be), the same is not refundable.

Our responsibility is limited to ensuring that the consignment is handed over to the courier company or postal authorities on time. However, please note that we do not guarantee delivery within that period. In the event of a delay, the contract remains valid and cannot be repudiated.
If there are three failed delivery attempts, theartsofembroidery reserves the right to charge additional shipping costs at our discretion.

Packaging Information:
We take great care in packaging our products, but occasionally, packages may be damaged during transit. If your package arrives with minor damage, such as a torn or dented cover/box, please be assured that the product inside is still in good condition. We are not responsible for damage caused by shipping and handling.
